Leader Training is for anyone looking at becoming a Girls’ Brigade Leaders or for those wishing to refresh their training. The day will include looking at the foundations of Girls’ Brigade, analysing the community you are part of and how to engage in it effectively; refresh your understanding of the Vision, Values and Mission of Girls Brigade; Program development and understanding the needs and learning styles of different age groups.
